Additionally Ruapehu Recruitment has a pool of casual employees for those times you need an ‘extra pair of hands’ whether it be due to unforeseen workloads, changing business requirements or special projects.  We will provide you with suitably skilled labour as, and when, required – whether it be in the short, medium or long term, for whatever duration you require.

How does it work?

You tell is what your labour resource need is and we identify an appropriate candidate.
We will keep in regular contact with you to ensure the candidate is meeting your expectations.
We invoice you on a weekly basis and best of all Ruapehu Recruitment manages all the employment associated administration (i.e. wages, ACC levies, KiwiSaver, the employment relationship etc).
Naturally there is the finer detail to confirm with regard to our contractual requirements but we’ll ensure this a simple and mutually rewarding process.
All our casual staff members have been vetted by Ruapehu Recruitment, plus you can determine what your requirements are with regard to referee and police checks and drug testing.
